Rawal Jaitra Singh


Rawal Jaitra Singh, a forgotten Hindu Hero was the 39th custodian of the House of Mewar. With capital at Nagda and later Chittorgarh. he was instrumental in defeating the Mamluk Sultans Iltutmish and Nasiruddin Muhamad. The Abu inscription records him to have also defeated a Muslim army of Sindh.
